FINANCE COMMITTEE

A “Finance” committee is hereby established, comprised of the following members:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage budget estimates related to income from collected fees and other received grants.
• Manage the annual budgets and utilization reports submitted by individual departments.
• Prepare audited accounts for the above and provide financial delegation at the department level.

Term: Three years, to remain in force until reconstruction. Meetings: Twice in a year, with additional meetings scheduled as necessary. k.
